Allison Minehan

Allison Minehan serves as the General Manager of People Services at Melbourne Water since September 2018, following a role as the Senior Leader of People & Culture Business Partnerships and Operations at the City of Casey from September 2017 to September 2018. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Manager of HR Shared Services and Operations at Public Transport Victoria from March 2015 to September 2017 and as Senior Manager of HR Operations at the Country Fire Authority from March 2011 to March 2015. Allison Minehan holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Swinburne University of Technology (2007-2012), a Diploma (Post Graduate) in Project Management from the same institution (2013-2014), and completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors (July 2021 - March 2022).
