Louis Holtzhausen

Louis Holtzhausen is a seasoned professional in contract administration and cost control, currently serving as Senior Contract Administrator at Melchor Contracting since February 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Head of Budget and Cost Control at Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation from September 2012 to January 2024 and Senior Cost Consultant at EC Harris International Ltd. from April 2004 to September 2012. Louis began a career as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Scanmoor from June 2003 to March 2004. Academically, Louis holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc)(Hons.) in Quantity Surveying and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accountancy, both obtained from the University of the Free State, with earlier education at Grey College.
