Roberto Rojas has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Roberto'smost recent role was as the Managing Director of Corporate Human Resources at Melitta Group, where they played a crucial role in overseeing and modifying all recruiting processes and leading people and organizational development initiatives worldwide. Previously, they served as the Vice President and Head of Group HR at Deutsche Hospitality, where they demonstrated excellent leadership and management skills and played a key role in the progressive strategy of the company. Prior to that, they held positions as the Head of HR Karlsruhe & International at 1&1 Telecommunication SE and as the HR Director for Central & Eastern Europe at American Express. Roberto also gained experience in German labor law as a Trainee Lawyer and Freelancer at Lawyer's Office Dr. Wetzling & Ingrid Bender. Additionally, they worked part-time as a Customer Service Representative at American Express during their academic studies.
Roberto Rojas pursued a University Degree in Law with a focus on German Labour Law from 1995 to 2001 at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.
