Stefan-Oliver Strate has had extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Stefan-Oliver most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer Cofreso at Melitta Group from June 2019 onwards. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director HR Caramba Group at Berner Group from May 2016 to May 2019. From April 2006 to March 2016, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Schüco International KG. Before that, they held various roles at REHAU AG + Co, including a Personal Manager from February 2002 to March 2006, and an Executive Assistant HR Director REHAU France from January 2001 to February 2002.
Stefan-Oliver Strate attended The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg from 1991 to 1993, earning a Vordiplom in Volkswirtschaftslehre (Economics). Stefan-Oliver then pursued further education at Friedrich Schiller University Jena from 1993 to 1994, studying Economics. From 1992 to 1996, Stefan-Oliver Strate attended Universität Trier, where they completed their Diplom in Volkswirtschaftslehre/Economics. Finally, they obtained an Executive MBA in Economics/Business Integration from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg from 2003 to 2005.
