Prior experience includes positions at DPR Construction from June 2012 to May 2025, where Tanmaya held roles as Project Executive and Project Manager, overseeing significant projects such as design coordination and construction management for the Lucille Packard Children Hospital and a multi-billion dollar project in Cupertino, CA. Prior experience encompasses roles at McCarthy from April 2008 to May 2012, including Assistant Project Manager on the $550 million Kaiser Oakland Hospital project. Additional roles include Technical Consultant for the Qatar Economic Zone and Structural Engineer for Siemens, contributing to foundational design for a power plant in Germany. Tanmaya's educational background features a Master's degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
