Karoline Thornberg

Karoline Thornberg is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in global HR leadership, currently serving as Vice President of Global Human Resources at Meltwater since October 2015, where a team of HR professionals supports an employee base of around 2,500 across 30 countries. With a strong background in guiding HR teams and advising on workforce management, employee relations, and organizational development, Karoline has held several senior positions, including Senior HR Director for Global People Business Partnering, Americas, and Global Product & Engineering. Previous roles include leadership positions at UPS and SodaStream International, focusing on talent management and labor relations. Additionally, Karoline is a member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering women in executive roles. Karoline holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources with a major in Psychology from Linnaeus University.
