Randy Shannon has an extensive work experience in the mortgage industry. Randy currently holds the position of VP of Correspondent Lending at Member First Mortgage LLC since November 2018. Before that, they worked at Finance of America Mortgage LLC from August 2017 to August 2018, where they served as Senior Vice President of Correspondent and SVP of Correspondent Credit Union/Community Bank Division. Prior to that, Randy worked at CU Members Mortgage from March 2009 to August 2017 as the VP of Correspondent Originations. Randy also gained experience at Colonial National Mortgage, Wholesale, where they held the roles of Sales Manager from June 2007 to March 2009 and National Business Development Manager from March 2006 to March 2009. Randy started their career at Colonial Savings in 1996, working as a Regional Sales Manager until 2009. Randy also served as the Wholesale Manager at Colonial Savings, F.A. during the same period. Lastly, they worked as the Western Regional Manager at Colonial National Mortgage, Wholesale from October 1996 to March 2006.
Randy Shannon completed their education at the University of Iowa, where they obtained a BBA Degrees in Finance and Insurance. This educational journey lasted until 1987.
