Joe Brightman

Joe Brightman is a seasoned professional in instructional design and multimedia production, currently serving as Senior Instructional Designer at Members 1st Federal Credit Union since October 2018, where Joe has successfully driven the implementation of the Axonify microlearning platform and is deploying the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform. Prior experience includes roles as a Freelance Producer and Project Manager at DreaMedia Productions, where Joe contributed to various media projects, and consulting positions at Info-Matrix Corporation and Towson University, focusing on innovative learning solutions and training program development. Joe's foundational work as a music educator and various instructional roles have equipped him with a diverse skill set in educational design, project management, and multimedia production. Joe holds a Master's degree in Education Media Design and Technology from Full Sail University and a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Penn State University.
