Steve Hemler

Stephen Hemler serves as the Chief Experience Officer at Members 1st Federal Credit Union since November 2021, where responsibilities include enhancing member services and experiences. Previously, Stephen had an extensive career at PSECU from May 1990 to November 2021, progressing through various roles including Sr Director of Collections and Loss Prevention, Contact Center Director, and Internet Development Manager. Notably, Stephen managed Business Continuity planning at PSECU, leading initiatives such as the establishment of a secondary backup operations center and system upgrades, which significantly improved the organization’s resilience to unplanned disruptions.
