Carlos Perez-Mitchell currently serves as the Medical Director of Head and Neck Surgical Oncology at Memorial Healthcare System, a position held since August 2016. Prior to this role, Carlos was the President of Pan American Head and Neck Surgery, PSC from March 2013 to August 2016, and served as the Director of Cranial Base and Head and Neck Surgery at HIMA Health as well as an Assistant Professor in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine, both from January 2011 to August 2016. Carlos holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from both the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine, as well as an additional MD from Ponce School of Medicine, where studies took place from 1997 to 2001.
