Previously, at CITY Furniture, Janet held various senior roles, culminating in Senior Vice President of Human Resources/CHRO, contributing to employee engagement and retention while executing successful talent acquisition and learning strategies. Janet is an alumnus of Florida Atlantic University, holding an MBA and a BBA in Human Resources, and has furthered education through Cornell University and Broward College.
