Margie Vargas has over two decades of experience in human resources, primarily within the Memorial Healthcare System since 2000, where roles have included Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Vice President and Interim Chief Human Resources Officer, and Admin Director of Employee Relations. In these positions, Margie has provided consultative HR services to executives and facility leaders, focusing on the development, interpretation, and management of employment policies and programs. Prior to joining Memorial Healthcare System, Margie served as HR Manager at HIP Health Plan of FL and as an HR Generalist at Memorial Regional Hospital. Margie holds a Master of Arts in Administration from Barry University.
