Previously, Pascale held the position of Director of IT Revenue Cycle System & HIM at Miami Children's Hospital from January 2001 to April 2014, where leadership over the IT revenue cycle team was a key responsibility. Pascale's educational credentials include a Master of Science in Cyber Security Management from St. Thomas University, a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from Barry University, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from Florida International University.
