David Overton RN, CCM, FACHE, currently serves as Vice President Network Performance and Population Health at Memorial Hermann Health System since January 2024. Previous roles include Vice President Enterprise Ambulatory Operations at Navvis, Vice President Quality and Population Health at University HealthCare Alliance - Stanford HealthCare, and Managing Principal at Excelsior HealthCare Group. Overton has extensive experience in healthcare management, focusing on quality, population health, and care management. Notable positions also include interim Vice President Accountable Care at Stanford University Healthcare Alliance and Vice President Care Management at Catholic Health Initiatives St Joseph Health. A veteran of the US Army, Overton holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Washburn University.
