Eric Sean Clay, MBA, MSc, CHPA, CPP is an accomplished security and safety professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple sectors, including healthcare and hospitality. Currently serving as the Vice President of Security at Memorial Hermann Health System since August 2020, Eric oversees a large team dedicated to safeguarding employees and patients. Additionally, Eric is an adjunct professor at the University of Houston-Downtown, teaching courses in Security Management. Eric’s leadership experience includes past roles such as Chief Security Officer at CoxHealth and Complex Director of Security at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin.
