Henry I. Ibekwe, PhD, has extensive experience in process and quality improvement within the healthcare sector, serving as the Director of Six Sigma Quality Programs at Memorial Hermann Health System since 2005. In this role, Ibekwe leads teams to implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies, ensuring projects align with business strategies and drive operational efficiency. Prior positions include Lean Six Sigma Black Belt II and Health Systems Engineer, where Ibekwe focused on large-scale initiatives to reduce waste and variation.
