Richi Chaudhry

Richi Chaudhry, FACHE, PMP, CPHQ, serves as the Enterprise Director of Clinical Integration and Performance Improvement at Memorial Hermann Health System, overseeing initiatives across various clinical programs and quality reporting, including high-value programs totaling over $650 million. Previously, Richi held the position of System Director of Clinical Integration & Performance Improvement, focusing on cardiology and surgery performance improvement, and was the Director of Clinical Quality Review, leading the health system’s registry quality program. Prior experience includes roles at Ambience Healthcare, where oversight of operations and compliance was emphasized, and Penn Medicine, where project management and development were key responsibilities. Richi holds a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor’s in Chemistry from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
