Paula Belcher

Paula Belcher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare planning, operations management, and population health analytics. Currently serving as the Director of Population Health Analytics & Performance at Memorial Regional Health since January 2018, Paula previously held significant roles at Davis Partnership Architects, Architectural Consulting Services, Children's Hospital Colorado, HDR Inc., Transamerica Capital, Inc., Janus Capital Group, and the University of Denver. Paula's expertise includes developing master space planning services, leading building information modeling initiatives, managing the creation of standard operating procedures for design and construction projects, and coordinating marketing production efforts. With a Master of Public Health from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, a Master of Architecture from the University of Oregon, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Denver, Paula combines technical knowledge with strong communication skills to drive effective project outcomes.
