Ebony Hattix

Ebony Hattix is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in guest services, ticketing operations, and administrative roles. Currently serving as the Director of Guest Services for the Memphis Grizzlies since December 2017, Ebony previously held positions such as Sr. Manager of Box Office Operations and Social Services Coordinator at Tupelo Housing Authority. Additional experience includes serving as the Assistant Director of Ticketing at BancorpSouth Arena and various customer service and administrative roles across several organizations, including Ashley Furniture Homestore and IT Symbiotics, LLC. Ebony holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Mississippi and has furthered education through specialized training in venue management.
