Adrian Griffiths

Adrian Griffiths currently serves as the Head of Market Structure at MEMX since May 2021. Prior to this role, Adrian was the Assistant General Counsel at Cboe Global Markets from July 2018 to April 2021 and held positions at Nasdaq as Senior Associate General Counsel and Associate General Counsel between January 2017 and June 2018. Adrian also worked as Assistant General Counsel at ISE Holdings, which was acquired by Nasdaq in July 2016. The earlier career includes a role as Davis Polk Secondee at Credit Suisse and serving as an Associate in the Financial Institutions Group at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from April 2011 to June 2013. Adrian obtained a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. in Philosophy from Amherst College.
