Susan Houniet

Susan Houniet is an experienced leader in solution architecture and sales engineering with a strong background in developing and managing high-performing teams. Currently serving as the Director of Solution Architecture at Mendix since March 2021, Susan previously held roles at Everbridge as Sales Engineering Manager and at Progress in various capacities, including Principal Sales Engineer and Senior Product Enablement Manager. With an educational background in Science, Applied Maths and Statistics from Monash University, Susan has consistently focused on employee engagement, technical best practices, and fostering trusted advisor relationships with customers.
