Marisol Menendez

Marisol Menendez is an accomplished leader and expert in open innovation with over 20 years of international experience, currently serving as CEO and Founder of Bilakatu and WITH. Based in Bilbao, Bilakatu focuses on advancing open innovation knowledge across Spain and Europe, while WITH fosters a new leadership model through an ecosystem of female executives. Menendez co-chairs the World Open Innovation Conference, advises at Money20/20 and Brain VC Fund, and acts as a business advisor for Movizzon. Additionally, Menendez serves as a professor at OBS Business School and provides strategic oversight as a board observer at Meniga. Educational achievements include an Executive MBA from IESE Business School, a PhD from Hasselt University, and participation in a program at MIT Sloan School of Management.
