Marzena Wiecko

Marzena Wiecko currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at Meniga, leading the HR function for a global leader in Digital Banking solutions. Prior experience includes serving as the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Director at Grupa Wirtualna Polska, where Marzena was responsible for the talent acquisition and employer branding functions. Marzena also held the position of Group HR Manager at Payten and ASEE, managing HR functions across multiple countries and large employee bases. Earlier career experience includes serving as an HR Advisor at ICON plc. Marzena Wiecko holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the Warsaw School of Journalism.
