Javier Perez is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in real estate and private equity. Currently serving as Vice President of Investments at Menlo Equities since August 2023, Javier previously held roles at Karlin Real Estate as an Associate in Acquisitions & Development from November 2020 to August 2023, and at Goldman Sachs from January 2018 to November 2020 as an Analyst in Real Estate Acquisitions & Asset Management, following a Summer Analyst position with the same firm in 2017. Early career experience includes a Private Equity Summer Analyst role at Adams Street Partners in 2016 and a Summer Intern position at Buckingham Properties, LLC in 2015. Javier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University, completed in 2017, and graduated from McQuaid Jesuit in 2014.
