Joff Redfern

Joff Redfern is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently a Partner at Menlo Ventures since September 2023, Redfern previously served as the Chief Product Officer at Atlassian from July 2017 to March 2023, where recognition included being named "Global CPO 20" by Products that Count and “Top 20 Product Leader” by Product School. At LinkedIn, Redfern held the position of VP of Product from October 2009 to June 2016, leading the mobile product strategy during a pivotal transition. Additional significant roles include VP of Product at Yahoo (April 2003 - April 2009), VP of Product at Harris myCFO, and VP of Product at Fidelity Investments, where Redfern was one of the original members of Fidelity's Internet group. Redfern co-founded flattenme.com, known for personalized children's products, and began a career as a Systems Engineer at EDS. Redfern holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a degree from Bates College.
