Les Correia

Les Correia is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in executive decision support, cybersecurity technology planning, compliance governance, and vendor management. Currently serving as a Cybersecurity Advisor at CICL and the Founder of Secure Karma, Les Correia has also contributed to the CxO Advisory Board at Menlo Ventures and as a Cybersecurity Advisor for Glilot Capital Partners. Previously, Les worked as the Global Head of Application Security for The Estée Lauder Companies, where strategic initiatives improved security and operational efficiency across multiple global locations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Cyber Security from NYU Tandon School of Engineering and a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security from New York University.
