William L is an experienced professional in the tech industry, currently serving as a Menlo Fellow at Menlo Ventures since October 2024. Prior to this, William held the role of Founder in Residence at Entrepreneurs First, focusing on building impactful companies. As a Machine Learning Engineer II at Amazon from September 2022 to April 2024, William led the MLOps platform and developed infrastructure for search relevance on amazon.com. William also completed a Founder Fellowship at On Deck in early 2024 and was a founding engineer at CoPilot, where responsibilities included leading backend system development and conducting business analytics. William earned a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from Carnegie Mellon University and pursued graduate coursework in Computer Science at The University of Texas at Austin.
