Joshua P. Morgan

Joshua P. Morgan is the Director at Mental Health Systems. Prior to this, they served as the Chief of Behavioral Health Informatics from July 2013 to October 2017 at the San Bernardino County Behavioral Health. In this role, they oversaw the Research & Evaluation unit and led departmental, countywide, and statewide research, evaluation, and analytics efforts. Joshua has also worked as an adjunct professor at Los Angeles Pacific University, California Baptist University, and Capella University.

Joshua P. Morgan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Religious Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. Joshua also holds a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University, as well as a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from the same school. Additionally, Joshua P. Morgan is certified by the California Board of Psychology as a Licensed Psychologist, and is also certified by Parent Project, Inc. as a Certified Parent Project Trainer.
