Paulo Sebastião

Paulo Sebastião is an experienced Engineering Manager at Mentimeter since January 2025, with a strong background in product ownership and team leadership from previous roles at PostNord and Quinyx. At PostNord, Paulo successfully led a portfolio of web applications, managed teams of engineers and designers, and played cross-functional roles to bridge business and technical needs. Prior experience includes co-founding ISCO, where Paulo handled various business operations and taught culinary courses at the Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Lisboa. With significant consulting experience in telecommunications and integration, Paulo holds an MSc in Information Systems and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, along with credentials in gastronomy and gardening.
