Sarah Long

Sarah Long is a seasoned UX writing professional, currently serving as a Staff UX Writer at Mentimeter since January 2025. Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of Director of UX Writing at Einride from November 2022 to January 2025, and was the Lead UX Writer at Doors for nearly a year. Sarah's career also includes extensive experience at Zettle by PayPal, where responsibilities included Head of UX Writing, Head of Copy, and Copywriter from May 2017 to January 2022. Earlier roles featured copywriting positions at H&M and Weekday. Sarah holds a BA (Hons) in Humanities from the University of Brighton and a BA (Hons) in English from The Open University. Additional educational background includes studies at Central Saint Martins and the University of the Arts London.
