Nicole Hackbarth

Nicole Hackbarth, M.S.Ed, currently serves as the Director of Financial Operations & Strategic Projects at Mentor Collective, a leader in providing impactful mentoring programs in partnership with universities. Previously, Nicole held the position of Senior Manager of Adoption Services at Anthology Inc, where responsibilities included building and supporting a customer success management team. With an extensive background in project management, data analysis, and customer success, Nicole has contributed to educational institutions through roles at Campus Labs and the University of Minnesota Duluth, enhancing student experiences and operational efficiency. Nicole holds a Master of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and multiple undergraduate degrees in International Business, Accounting, and Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
