Brandon Wallace is a skilled professional with experience in various roles, currently serving as a Data Compliance Technician for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County since May 2023, where responsibilities include monitoring HR-related systems and resolving discrepancies. As a UX Designer for Mentor Me Collective since July 2022, Brandon collaborates with teams to optimize product design and productivity. From October 2019 to July 2022, Brandon worked as an HR Technical Specialist at Lower, improving hardware functionality and customer satisfaction. Prior roles include Communications Strategist at The Impact Movement, where Brandon led a communication team and created marketing materials, and Senior Service Desk Consultant at Indiana University School of Informatics and Computing, enhancing staff productivity. Brandon began the journey as an intern at Cru, developing event themes for a large student conference. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Indiana University Bloomington, earned in 2014.
