Brittany Heater-Dies

Brittany Heater is an accomplished professional in the arts and nonprofit sectors with a strong background in development and management. Currently serving as the Director of Development at MENTOR since November 2022, Brittany previously held the position of Development Manager at Knoxville Habitat for Humanity, where significant revenue growth was achieved across various fundraising initiatives. Experience in annual giving is evidenced by the role of Annual Giving Manager at Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts, leading fundraising efforts that raised substantial amounts. Additional roles include Season Manager at Pittsburgh New Music Ensemble, Company Manager at Pittsburgh CLO, and various internships that contributed to a solid foundation in arts management.
