Mandy Cooper

Mandy Cooper, MBA, has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Mandy is currently the Director of Operations at Meow Wolf, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Target for over a decade, starting in 2011. During their time at Target, they held positions such as Operations Director, Store Director, Logistics Executive Team Leader, and Food Executive Team Leader. In these roles, Mandy demonstrated strong leadership skills and achieved notable accomplishments, such as driving sales growth, implementing safety initiatives, developing onboarding programs, and strategizing talent placement. Before joining Target, Mandy worked as an Assistant Manager at The BarnDoor Steakhouse from 2004 to 2009. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Texas Permian Basin as well. In addition to their formal education, Mandy also holds certifications in Fair and Effective Interviewing for Diversity and Inclusion, Fostering Belonging as a Leader, and Uncovering Unconscious Bias in Recruiting and Interviewing, which they obtained from LinkedIn in January 2023. Furthermore, Mandy has completed a course in Lean Management from Villanova University.
