Matt Fulls

Matt Fulls, PE, LEED AP, CxA, currently serves as Government Studio Lead and Associate Principal at MEPCE, managing a 14-person team focused on municipal, state, and federal projects. With a blend of experience in mechanical engineering and design, Matt previously held roles ranging from Project Manager in the Government Studio to Manager of Mechanical Engineering at Meza Engineering, where responsibilities included leading design efforts for K-12 education and healthcare facilities. Earlier career highlights include serving as Mechanical Engineer at CH2M, leading designs for large industrial facilities, and Facilities Engineer at BWXT Pantex. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and Texas Tech University.
