Sara Banks is the Head of Legal, Compliance, and Data Protection at Mer since August 2022. Prior to this role, Sara worked as the Senior Compliance Officer at Statkraft from March 2019 to August 2022. With experience as the Regional Ethics & Compliance Officer EMEA at Cognizant from September 2016 to March 2019, Sara has a strong background in compliance and legal matters. Sara also served as the Group Compliance Officer at Kier Group from April 2012 to July 2016 and as a Senior Manager at PwC from April 2007 to April 2012. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geography from the University of Birmingham and completed their legal education at the College of Law, Guildford.
