Catherine Therese Lombardi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, business management, and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Senior Systems Of Care Manager at Merakey, Catherine has previously held prominent roles including Director of Continuous Improvement & Organizational Development at Recovery Centers of America, and a diverse set of positions at Main Line Health ranging from Consultant to Director of Operations & Business. Catherine's earlier career includes experience as an Industrial Engineer at Berwick Offray, and as a Secretary/Paralegal at The Law Offices of Harding, Earley, Follmer & Frailey. Catherine began a career path in retail as a Sales Associate at Carol's Hallmark and engaged in an engineering leadership program with high school students at the National Student Leadership Conference. Catherine earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
