Merakey
Rich Yanoski is the corporate VP of business development at Merakey. Rich has over 25 years of experience in the business world, with a focus on contract negotiation, pricing, and strategic growth.
Rich began their career in 1994 as a regional controller for Aerotek. In this role, they negotiated contracts and pricing for 11 different business lines, with a focus on aviation contracts. Rich also supervised a team of 30 client-facing employees and helped to grow the Aviation business line from $40 million in 1999 to over $200 million in 2001.
In 2002, Rich left Aerotek to join Merakey as the corporate VP of business development. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company's business development efforts and growing its client base. Rich has been instrumental in helping Merakey to become one of the leading providers of behavioral health services in the United States.
Rich Yanoski's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics from King's College and a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership & Development from Duquesne University.
They are on a team with Leah Pason - Chief Strategy Officer, Brandon Fisher - SVP of Quality and Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer, and Ted Dallas - President and COO. Rich Yanoski reports to Joseph S. Martz, CEO.
