Ted Dallas serves as President and Chief Operating Officer at Merakey since March 2018, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Secretary of the Department of Human Services for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania from 2015 to 2017 and Secretary of the Department of Human Resources for the State of Maryland from 2010 to 2015. Ted Dallas also held positions as Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of the Governor and Executive Deputy Secretary of the Department of Public Welfare for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Prior to that, Ted Dallas was Chief of Staff for Government Solutions at Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. and Deputy Managing Director in the City of Philadelphia. Educational credentials include an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
