Josh then moved on to Amazon Europe - Abebooks Europe GmbH, where they worked as a Senior Customer Service Representative, providing excellent customer service in multiple languages and training new hires. After that, they joined Slingshot, Inc as a Business Solutions Executive, leading business development and managing existing accounts. Josh'srole included establishing and coordinating channel partner networks. Josh then transitioned to Meraki Solar, LLC, where they held two roles. As Head of Support, they oversaw a Sales Support team and established a Compliance department. Later, as Director of Sales Operations, they optimized the sales process and managed key account relationships. Josh was also responsible for Operations & Maintenance for multiple sales facilities.
