Tom O’Leary

Tom O'Leary is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in equity management and business strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Business Strategist at Meraki Global Advisors since February 2023, O'Leary previously held the position of Managing Director and Head of Equities for the Americas at HSBC Global Banking and Markets from 2010 to February 2021, where leadership extended over a team of 150 and managed revenue generation of $350M - $400M. O'Leary's earlier roles include Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, overseeing International Equities for the U.S., and Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns, co-heading the Global Equities Division Sales with a focus on a $3.3B business. O'Leary holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from John Carroll University.
