Alvin Nico Musni is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, sales, and quality assurance. Currently, at MERALCO since June 2017, Alvin has held various roles, including Service Application Analyst, Customer Acquisition and Sales Analyst, and Quality Assurance Analyst, focusing on service quality processes such as meter reading, billing, and customer assistance. In addition to work at MERALCO, Alvin serves as a Financial Advisor at Sun Life Philippines and as a Sales Agent at St. Peter Life Plan and Chapels.
