Divyanshu Tambe has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Divyanshu is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of MeraPashu360 since 2021. Additionally, they serve as an Angel Investor in Wehouse - home construction, Zypp Electric, Utsav™, and UPAZ, starting from 2022. Prior to these roles, they worked at EY as an Executive Director from 2018 to 2021, where they focused on deals and advising B2B and B2C marketplaces on logistics models. Before that, they were an Associate Director at Edelweiss Financial Services from 2014 to 2018, involved in various investment banking deals in logistics and infrastructure sectors. Divyanshu also gained experience in corporate strategy, project management, and policy advocacy at Vedanta Resources Limited from 2010 to 2014.
From 2001 to 2005, Divyanshu Tambe attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where they earned a B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering.

In mid to long term, aim is to enable meaningful formalisation of this large unorganised industry & inclusion of dairy farmers into the mainstream with access to bank credit, insurance, & ancillaries. All this to achieve the mission of Swastha Pashu, Samrudh Kisan (Healthy Cattle, Wealthy Farmer) for 100 mn dairy farmers of Bharat.
