Previously, Oussama founded and held the position of Managing Director at MaCroisiere.ma from February 2017 to September 2021, and served as Deputy CEO at BIDCA North Africa during the same timeframe. With a strong background at CMA CGM from 2004 to 2015, Oussama progressed through various roles including Owner's Representative, General Manager, and Line Operations Manager for multiple regions. Oussama began a career as a Merchant Marine Deck Officer at COMANAV from 1999 to 2003. Oussama holds a Master's degree in International Business from KEDGE Business School and a classification in Navigation, Shipping & Logistics from the Maritime High Institute.
