Alejandro Carabba

Alejandro Carabba is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and strategic management. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at Mercado Libre since January 2018, Alejandro has also held the positions of Senior Director and Director within the same company. Additionally, Alejandro is a Professor at ITBA Escuela de Innovación, teaching Systems Thinking in the Master of Strategic Management and Technology program. Prior to these roles, Alejandro spent eight years at Boston Consulting Group, where responsibilities included quantitative and qualitative analyses and client engagement across major Latin American projects. Alejandro began as a Junior Analyst at Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires and progressed through various analytical and teaching roles. Alejandro holds an MBA from London Business School and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires. Areas of expertise include digital transformation, retail and consumer sectors, and telecommunications.
