Paula Canil

Paula Canil is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as People Director for both Marketing & Advertising and Customer Experience & Fraud Prevention at Mercado Libre since January 2021. Prior to this role, Paula worked at Nike as the HR Southern Cone Director from June 2015 to January 2021. Paula's career also includes significant positions at American Express, where responsibilities included HR Manager for Argentina and Brazil, and at Kraft Foods, where leadership roles encompassed Head of Compensation & Benefits and Head of Training & Development for the Southern Cone. Paula began her career at IBM as an Analyst in Staffing & Development. Paula holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires.
