Cecilia Ortega

Cecilia Ortega has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Capital at Mercantil Andina since February 2022. Prior to this, Cecilia was the Head of HR at Galicia Seguros (Grupo Financiero Galicia, Banco Galicia) from October 2011 to September 2021, and worked as a Senior HR Consultant at HR Consulting in June 2011. Additional roles include HR Argentina Country Manager at HP from April 2007 to March 2011 and HR Director for Argentina and Chile at SAP from July 1997 to May 2007. Cecilia's career began as an HR Coordinator at Unisys from March 1995 to July 1997 and included a position as Senior HR Analyst at Mastellone Hnos. S.A. from 1994 to 1995. Educational background includes a degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from IAE Business School, an MBA from IDEA ARG, and a Bachelor's in Labor Relations from the University of Buenos Aires.
