Luis Morales has extensive experience in risk analysis and economic education. Since January 2010, Luis has held the roles of Gerente de Análisis de Riesgo and Gerente de Riesgo de Mercado at Mercantil Banco. Concurrently, since May 2011, Luis serves as the Director del Doctorado en Ciencias Económicas and Director de Postgrado Área Economía at UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. Additionally, Luis has been a professor at UCV since 2004. In terms of education, Luis obtained a Doctorate in Economía from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid between 1997 and 2003, a Master's degree in Liderazgo Político y Dirección de Instituciones Político-Administrativas from Universitat d'Alacant from 2012 to 2013, and is an Economista from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
