Monica Schierbaum

Monica Schierbaum currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at Mercatus Technologies Inc. since January 2024. Monica has extensive experience in customer success and marketing roles, holding positions such as SVP Client Success and EVP Chief Marketing Officer at Relationshop from January 2019 to the present. Additionally, Monica has been the EVP Chief Marketing Officer and EVP Retail Marketing at Go Think! since August 2017. Previous roles include Director of Marketing at the Houston Division of Albertsons Companies from February 2015 to August 2017, Senior Director of Marketing at United Supermarkets, LLC from March 2010 to February 2015, and VP of Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations at Bashas' and Cub Foods. Monica began their career as an Advertising Manager at SUPERVALU from 1989 to 1991.
