Henry Lao

Henry Lao leads the Investment Strategy Group and M&A Integration Portfolio Group. His responsibilities include portfolio construction, manager selection, data analytics, and investment research. He oversees the implementation of the investment strategies and regularly meets with clients to provide market insights.

Henry serves on the firm’s Investment Committee. He has substantial expertise in the areas of portfolio management, financial modeling, and investment operations. Previously, Henry led the trading desk and fixed income management for Mercer Advisors. Henry also serves on the Committee for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

He is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he earned a degree in Business Economics. He is also a CFA® Charterholder and a member of the CFA Society Colorado.
